How to Start an awesome fire using InstaFire™ Fire Starter and Charcoal Starter
Instafire can be used as a fire starter, charcoal starter or a complete emergency fuel. When lighting a fire, pour Instafire into one pile. Then light with just a match or lighter and two seconds later you have fire.
Wait 10 - 15 sec. and give it a light stir. Similar to a candle, it lights quickly and slowly builds to desired intensity. Then place your wood over the fire ensuring not to smother the flame.
How to Use Instafire Fire Starter:
Keep in mind Instafire will burn over twice as hot as a regular wood fire and easily light wet wood or other hard to light materials such as charcoal, lump coal and coal.
How to Use Instafire Charcoal Starter
Since Instafire burns over twice as hot as a regular wood fire it can boil water, cook your food in an emergency.
To boil water or cook in an emergency – for best results use our Instafire Inferno Biomass Stove along with Instafire. If you just have Instafire then do the following:
Place 1 cup of Instafire into one pile
- Elevate the pot by using two bricks or two rocks so that the pot sits approximately 1 to 3” above the pot
- Light Instafire in several spots
- Stir occasionally for best results (1 cup of Instafire will burn for 20 – 30 min. with stirring occasionally)
